Support for Israel is a crucial piece of President Biden’s agenda, as he made it a point in his campaign policy platform to support all of America’s democratic allies.

After passing nearly unanimously in the House, a Bill containing emergency support for Israel’s defensive Iron Dome system is headed to the Senate. To undermine President Biden’s agenda, Republican Senator Rand Paul blocked the bill; in committee, so the vote is scheduled for Monday.

There is only one question mark among Senate Democrats about who might not support the funding bill as a crucial piece of President Biden’s foreign policy agenda, Senator Bernie Sanders.
